Quick dirty tip: if you do want an immortal wrestler, but dont mind waiting for next season, you can wait until the final 5 weeks of a season, hire them for 1 week, and save a contract extender(s) to bump it all the way to the end of the season. Do everything you can to keep their moral satisfied, and you can tag them to keep them for next season. (Be sure to budget for them in the future.) I just did this in season 3 with a max level cody rhodes, and it saved my brand lol.

This was a great video for MyGM in 2K24. I've yet to see a video, article, even user post that is as informative and helpful as this video is. MyGM in 2K24 feels a bit more punishing than the past two games, and the very first tip you gave ("It's a marathon, not a sprint") is probably the best tip you can give; 2K22 let you play 15, 25, and 50 week seasons, and 2K23, while it was still designed with the intent of multiple seasons in mind, let you play perfectly fine doing one or two seasons and starting a fresh game, but 2K24 feels very focused on having you play one MyGM for several seasons, which is not how I've usually played MyGM(or GM Mode in the SvR games that went past one in-game year). The scouting mechanic also has had me rather anxious with who I draft, because scouting just feels really weird and unwieldy, but the tips you've mentioned there seem very solid as well. Will probably start a new MyGM playthrough soon, coast by as much as I can early on, and see how well I can do utilizing these tips in late season 1 or even early season 2.

Just started some My GM today, very enjoyable mode so far

I play for fun and have been trying to figure the game out, and it seems I was at least 2 steps behind you on figuring things out, like I got very close to getting it, but I went a completely different direction that made me lose every single time. also I laughed at the ECW part, I've been screwed over so many times by those power cards that I no longer play against it, sometimes it just feels unfair lol

Glad to see this challenge because doing whatever Triple H says is honestly my favorite way to “spice up” GM mode without any extra work. It’s annoying as hell when you can’t use a champ PLE, but the pivots are some of my more enjoyable moments in all GM Mode this year.

My gm mode is great and addictive however i have to say the draft is both one of the best things and the absolute worst also. Its cool as a starting point, but having a draft after every season i feel kills what youve been working up, i would much prefer if the following seasons you just work from the contracts, i know you get to keep some but it still is kinda a bummer you have to keep drafting

The best way I found to fill the roster was to draft lvl 5-9 them use all my scouts on established stars. After that you go get anyone else you need. It also helps to write down what lvl everyone is at. Also excited to see the changes that were made in the update and what impact they will have.

Really enjoying watching this video but I wish you had chosen the hardest gms to play against, that ecw brand card is a killer

Firstly, I’d like to see you make the hof with the jobbers only. Maybe post it every other video so you can still do other challenges. Secondly, I might have missed it but how did Argus get a 5 promo skill? Bc increasing promo skill is like the one thing I haven’t figured out. In other saves I’ve had other jobbers a 4/5 also so I’m wondering what’s the deal. Also idk if possible but a legends only run with be interesting, I feel like money would be crazy hard to mange.
