It was a beautiful day

I started to watch, but clicked OUT when you used the annoying special effect where the view gets compressed into a round circle. I don't know what you call it, but it is annoying and I won't watch a video with that effect in it.

Great Effort! Was in the same race about 2 minutes ahead of you. We must have had a very similar pace as we also finished 2 minutes apart! You can even see me at 8:32 in the bright red asics, lime green shirt, blue shorts and a gopro on my head on the opposite side! (I can see you at ten minutes twenty-once seconds in the video I put up of the race). Good luck on your next race!

Great video! However, it would have been nice to see the mile markers to know which part of the race you were on.

Why do you make the annoying circle special effects in the video? We cannot enjoy seeing how the race actually is with the annoying "round circle" camera effect. [I don't know what it is actually called because thankfully most runners don't do that.]

Yes, with wind chill it was about 27 degrees Fahrenheit. The wind made it chilly, as you can hear it in the video.

was it super cold?

You should look into savage race, tough mudder, and Spartan race. The ultimate test is Spartan ultra at Killington, 50km

Awesome video! I love watching the race from someone else’s perspective. I just started running about a year ago so I’m a slow back of the pack runner and its very different back there lol.

The expo was insane! I got in the VQ but my kids lost their minds in the line for bib pickup so we just left. We were on the second bus that left our resort. Everything was so packed!

Awesome video! It’s run rewatching it all. I was in C for the 5k and D for both the 10k/half. The 10 miler in April was my first and I’m registered for dopey as well. It’ll be my first full marathon. I’ve only been running for about 10 months. I started as a way to improve my stamina and asthma. So im pretty slow still. I vlogged them as well but because im in the back and slower it’s a MUCH different experience seeing a video from the front of the group. I hope to train enough to start in the earlier groups someday. Your video definitely inspires me to reach for that goal 😊❤

The water area was recorded using the gopro 7 in the waterproof housing. In future videos , I will ensure the housing is taken off when we talk. Thank you for watching
