Wow, nice video's set, Hard to believe this is 7 years ago (I lived in Taipei 1990-1993, and we have been back in 2010, 2014, and on motorcycles part of the time in 2018) **maybe if you are up for it a rebranding/ relaunching or continuation of your concept would be good. Taiwan is indeed Scooter Friendly (although my old motorcycle was a 125cc Sanyang, old school motorcycle during my three years there)

very nice video, *on the "only two" cold springs, that is for "carbonated cold springs" we do have Barton Springs Park in Austin, but the water is just ordinary cold water spring, (and many other cold springs without the bubbles), I shared with my marketing class! but in Aug. 2018 my wife and I stopped by the smaller area at the back, and then the Japanese style private cold spring rooms to the side there, because the main park was not finished rebuilding yet.

Today I visited this museum to learn about this part of Taiwan’s history. It was really nice to see during the tour that the Mexican rescue team (I am Mexican) was there to help Taiwan during this difficult event. We know how does it feels to go through these kind of events and how much help is needed.

This cold spring was a lifesaver to me, since I'm used to dry, cooler weather. Anytime I'm in Taiwan and it's hot, I go there and lay in the cool water. Also, the seafood in Suao is absolutely amazing!

Such wonderful, fun people in Taiwan. I've been there over 30 times in the past 15 years, and each visit makes me want to stay there. Oh, and the food....absolutely the best anywhere. For anyone who hasn't visited, if you can get to Suao, go for the seafood right in the harbor. Although there are seemingly infinite excellent food, that's a must-try. Headed there for Chinese New Year in a few weeks...so excited!!! Oh, and the cho-dofu....once you start to like it, it's addictive. But lord it stinks, and the first time I tried it, well, almost intolerable. Now I love it.

I visited Taichung on June 2nd 2013 went here.Spent 2 hours here.Left at 1[pm and 45 minutes later there was an Earthquake! Was it laid on especially for me! Enjoyed my trip to Taiwan.

The plant is cooked before blending or beat directly uncooked? Do they use only edible plant fiber or mixed with some form of thickening agent to make the paper sheet?

They use the same process as they would to make paper, except that the fibers are that of the tana plant. ;)
