The 1% lows are higher than my current i7-2600 and gtx 1650 (40fps average) on same settings

Amazing, this game is well optimized on PC. I'm playing it on PS4 Pro and it runs at 30fps :/

Just use Lossless scaling frame generation. I go from 60 to 120 fps with no input lag
there is noticable input lag but good suggestion nonetheless

For pretty much ~$70 plus a pretty barebones system you can have almost 60 FPS gameplay... there's literally no excuse to play console Rust 😂
Rx580 would be a much much better deal than this card for the same price, and it can actually run the game decent looking

How to enable fg on this card i dont have fg in warzone
the game must not let you as the devs assumed the card was too old to use frame generation, besides it isn't worth using at lower frame rates such as 30fps generated to 60fps due to the added latency being alot bigger at those frame rates.
