@ConorChaos, nah. I’m not uploading videos for likes or comments or any other metric. I just play a lot of video games and at some point I thought “might as well record whatever I play”. (Also I run out of local storage if I keep so many videos)

Yeah I asked a friend - the thing is, In the flat screen version, you just look at something and the reticle points at it and tells h you to press whatever button. In the vr version you gotta point your hand at it . So that extra layer led to some confusion

@@pscanvas.2018 yeah I noticed lol. I actually went out and bought a Quest 3 yesterday after watching you play- super cool but that can definitely be confusing since you’re not always looking at your hand

outerwildsmods.com/mods/nomaivr/ It's a very simple install. Just follow the guide on the website. It takes the game from really good to life changing. If you know the true ending, imagine seeing that in VR. Or falling into a black hole. The first time I went into dark bramble, an anglerfish ate me and I just freaked out in a way I never had before. Just bear in mind that sometimes, the frustration of wasted runs is severely exacerbated in VR (though that too is a part of the immersion I would say). So if it gets unbearably frustrating, switch back to flat screen, get through a couple of tough sections / gather some intel and go back to turning on the mod

In VR, you have to physically keep STARING at the quantum moon coz otherwise it would vanish. Incredible experience and must try if you can

For me, the watcher knight was much worse . Try the charm load out I used and heal carefully. And wait patiently for windows of attack - I mean even if you know you might be able to exploit a window , but you feel it may be risky or you aren’t confident about it , don’t attack . The fight will take longer but it’s worth it

I strongly believed that at some point I would mess up and I needed the soul to heal when that happened (atleast that was the case on my previous runs) As for the masks - I thought there are only 7? I had 6 and I guess I was one fragment away from 7 . Not counting the blue masks here

@@pscanvas.2018 I don’t remember how many you can get in total, but in my current play through I haven’t reached that point in the story and I have 7 masks so you can definitely get more. Anyways GG and congrats on beating the boss

@Myst1cTutori1alz Just be really patient , get one or two hits in when you can and retreat . It’s a bit antithetical to how bloodborne is meant to be played but this is the best way imo. Do not ever risk parrying and stuff

Oh yeah of course. I hadn’t got those at the time I made this and I’d just gotten the rifle. Previously I had only used the pistol so that didn’t stagger anyone, and the fact that this did was insane to me

I have played dark souls 3, bloodborne, lies of P and sekiro. And no other boss including sister friede, isshin and ook have made me feel this weak honestly. It became an endurance fight. The closest one I can think of was the frog prince in witcher 3 which took me 45 mins with Quen on deathmarch.

So true. The boss was honestly enough of a chore to deal with with the reduced health, but then Amy proceeds to rip its arms off and anything vaguely resembling fun is entirely gone at that point. Just ended up slowly tickling its legs with LHB until it dropped

Just completed it but spent me over 50 times. Even though you remember its attack, it is too big that the camera see shit.

I got it once I stopped locking on. This dungeon is the hardest imo. The next one with Queen Yharnam felt mid in comparison. Honestly she was such a let down after this. You only get a similar challenge in NG+2 after this

​@@pscanvas.2018the best way I found was to use the church pick, at least you are sure to hit the head Then in the last phase you need to rush under it because if you try and stay in front of it you will almost certainly be hit by his arms since its range is doubled
