Ho diverse ricette per la glassa, la più semplice è questa: 200 g di zucchero a velo 1 cucchiaino di succo di limone 1 albume d'uovo. Sbattere finché non si addensa. Diluire un po' con acqua fino alla consistenza desiderata. Sto traducendo tramite un traduttore, spero che sia chiaro)
