You can reduce the length of that by ~50% if you place the Hypertube in between the Supports (it's possible, you just have to spin it 180° in that spot.) .. Well this or, double the amount of entrances.. 😁

try to delete the support-stand for the last "aiming-tube-section". The stand prevents you from exiting the cannon smoothly. Without the stand (just the tube) you are free to aim the tube in what ever direction you want.

I'm gonna be brutally honest, but don't interpret it as "just hating": This tutorial is not very good. I know it sounds mean, but two main points: 1. This is not the best way to build a hypertube. With this method it's kind of finnicky to connect the tubes. An easier way would be to first place a full field of supports, then connecting them, THEN placing the entraces last. 2. the video is kind of "badly" made. Long sections where you don't say anything for several seconds, generally unscripted and inefficient presentation. You could have explained twice as much in half the time. Again, don't see this is an insult to your video. It's great that you made it! See it as critique to do better in the future!

I prefer using a hypertube accelerator (small loop with a junction that lets you exit the loop when you get up to speed) since the power and space requirements are much less, but I haven't been able to get my Update 8 designs to work in 1.0 - usually the character ragdolls out of the loop once I reach a certain speed. Have you had any luck building them in 1.0?

so you obviously don't know what you're doing. The flowers closest to him are safe havens and you can't take damage standing inside of them. Depending on which side he sweeps, then you choose the opposite set of flowers. The rest you have pretty well, but it's still a lot more simple than that. When he looks sick, throw those balls that's on the floor at his stomach, watch what happens.

The grab attack can be eluded by moving to the front of the stage (close to the boss) near the bunches of flowers. Go there when he starts looking side to side as that is an indication the grab attack is coming.
