The Favolosa is the Worsa cruise ship I ever sailed. Beverage Program I bought a program that read "up to 20 juices." Absolutely misleading. Not 20 juices. 20 glasses of juices so on a 16 day cruise I ran out early. I had to buy an unlimited juice plan which cost 300 euros. Both plans cost 380 euros, that's about $420 US, I never paid for a beverage program on a cruise ship. I ordered Pineapple Juice in the buffett. I was told to go to the bar on deck, in the COLD. How's that for service. Dining Room You can't get coffee and ice cream. You have to go to buffet (deck 9) for coffee. When I got there, there wasn't any coffee because it's only served between 6 and 7 pm, the SAME time I'm in early seating. I saw a couple get ice cream, because they were vegans. I told the Maître d' that if you could service ice cream to them, it could be served to me. I finally got ice cream. You can't get ice cream because you have to go the "ice cream store." That's right. You have to pay for EVERYTHING" You get the idea. I'll NEVER sail on Costa again. I'm looking forward to getting the evaluation form so I can torpedo the ship.
Não é sobre a importância da apresentação do espaço... Claro que o espaço é interessante MAS, O ACONTECIMENTOS QUE SERÁ AI REALIZADO... VAI SER MUITO BOM E KM DIVISOR,TOMADA DE DECISÕES, LIBERTADOR NA VIDA DAS PARTICIPANTES.... mesmo que eu não posso,( é fora do meu orçamento)fico feliz de ter pessoas de Deus planejando e realizando algo em pro das pessoas 🙏🙏🙏

I recommend the spa area with a jakuzzi.... There is one covered pool but it is small. The spa is one of the better view spa on the sea.

I was there in our European cruise last Sept. 20-Oct.2, 2023. It was nice like video shows. We did not care for food in buffet or dining. Fancy names but bland or not good. Not all but most. You to ask for ketchup, butter and ice all the time. Coffee is only available on certain times or buy it in the bar and it's not part of drink package. Their breakfast sausage tasted funny. They also used Yukon yellow potatoes for fries, chips or mashed potatoes instead of Russett. Less starchy but doesn't taste good. Crews are nice! Very clean. Our refrigerator cabinet door slams hard. Be careful with magnet that holds the cabinets. They have sharp edges. I cut myself. Maintenance put an electrical tape afterward. That's cabin 7326.

Gli ambienti comuni sono lugubri; poca luce, colori scuri. La scultura (completamente nera) al centro del bar è terrificante e contribuisce a rendere ancora brutto l'ambiente. LEVATELA !!
