Hi Fabian, I'm Alex, I currently attend Highland as a sophomore, really loved this show. It's a shame budget cuts and numbers have changed the bands so much

this is just awesome! I was in the first band that Henfler took to Macy's in 1986 "The Spirit of Madison" from Madison SD. then I move to Gilbert in 2004 and Henfler is directing another phenomenal band and they are going to Macy's. I went and saw them preform one evening and got to say hi to Henfler and he said, "wow you were in my first Macy's band to go" it's pretty amazing how many lives he touched! We were lucky to have him as our band director. this formation on the video is Henfler all the way!!! Awesome!

@1960jims no longer? drum corps have never and will never have woodwind instruments. Just because lots of marching bands are corps style doesn't mean the instrumentation has changed.

Way too much xzylophone! Too bad their director wouldn't let them play some marching music or something at least entertaining. It's always a drag when the director wants to get all melancholy on the field with a lot of classical sounding stuff that belongs in the band hall instead of something hot that belongs on the field.

i thought that u guys were really good but like how big u r like cause u guys r way megaly bigger then our band we have like 92 people in it but thats wat u get for living in middletown ohio lol

i hope those curvy lines werent supposed to be straight that woulda sucked. love the chaotic stuff, our band is doing a similar thing. I love all these bands even if some are greater than others, we all work so hard and i appreciate every band aroudn the country ROCK ON

Jesus. I've seen your show 3 times this season. Corona invitational, boa semis, boa finals. It's amazing. The visual at 6:04 never gets old. And I was at the san diego heritage festival this weekend too. we came second to almost everything you did. i hope we run into you again at the festival of gold next year. great job.
