New Bathroom

This is a new bathroom we tried out. It gives the customer more leg room and more storage and countertop. This camp has a 24x32 shower pan but we can also use a 32x32 shower pan or even bigger if needed. This bathroom works best with the wider camps but we can also do something similar on a front or back wall. What are your thoughts?

Your music was terrible...how about a little narrative regarding what you made and why ???
I try to do about 3 videos per camp so there should be another that shows what is in the camp and why but I will check on this one and add another video, no music. THANKS!
I like everything except the horrible music.
Sorry about that. Are they better to just not have any music? I can do that for sure.
@ its okay, I just turn down the volume.
@@stevetucker9181 😊
Do you have a Canadian dealership ?
I'm sorry. We do not. Our product is so customizable that dealers are not always able to help the customer like we can selling direct and being directly involved in the entire process. We also like to deal directly with transfer of the unit to the customer as well so we can make sure they know how to use it and everything is built according to their specifications.
@ thank you would you happen to have a website that I could look at pricing and availability? I live in Alberta Canada. I’m not sure if it’s feasible for me to purchase one of these or not but I’m certainly interested.
@@ricknielsen3660 yes www.wrcamps.com We have our range camps which are set up just like an RV as far as the types of utilities are in the camp. They start at about $46,600 for a 16' living space and $60,000 for a 22' living space and 88" interior width. We can do any size in between and go up to 96" interior width. We can build longer lengths but will want to look at bigger axles and steel tubing so it is a little harder to quote those until we find out more about how you want the camp spec'd out. We also have a Frontier sheep camp that is our staple for the sheep herding industry. It is a dry camp and very simple to use and maintain, and leave in remote places longer. They start at $29,500 and go up from there depending on length and interior width. We can also mix and match features, lengths, widths, living space layout, front or back decks, porches and gooseneck styles. If I can help you with anything please email me at heidi@wrcamps.com or call anytime 435-462-5300. THANK YOU! You are always welcome to visit our facility in Utah and see how the camps are built or we can facetime you. We have people from all across the US that will schedule a vacation around picking up their camp or we can see about getting the camp to the border. I have looked at getting them into Canada but would need to check into that again.
@ thank you very much. I appreciate your input. Your pricing does not seem unreasonable. I am planning a trip into the US sometime this summer if I’m in any way shape or form able to come and visit your facility I will be there once again thank you and I’m truly interested in your product. I use these camps for hunting and winter fishing. I do not take them on the ice. I just take them up to the Lakeshore and take a side-by-side from there. However I do tend to get into subzero temperatures -30°C would be about as cold as I would be inclined to go camping in. However, weather does change and it can get colder unexpectedly. This unit looks like it would handle that temperature very well.
@@ricknielsen3660 We would love to show you our facility and what we build if you get to our area. If I can answer any questions or get you anything before then, please let me know. Thank you!
Are these the same as Peak Mountain Camps?
No. They broke off from us several years back. We build about the same thing but after they left we were able to go back to materials that we know will not has water issues. We also have looked for new materials that can stand the test of time, move around on bumpy roads and go from very cold to very hot quickly without having failures. Thank you for your question!
@westernrangecamps6075 ya'll have a website?
@@chelu4u www.wrcamps.com and my email is heidi@wrcamps.com if I can send you anything additional
@@westernrangecamps6075 thank you and Happy New Year
Ditch the annoying music.
This type of Camp would be perfect for Disaster Relief operations
Hello there, I was wondering, if I can share with you the most important thing ever. God the Father sent His holy Son Jesus to earth, to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins. Then He was put into a tomb for 3 days, after that Abba Father raised Jesus to life.He appeared to people, and went back to heaven. We all must sincerely receive Jesus into our life to be God's child. John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name" Will you today genuinely by faith receive Jesus into your life for salvation?
pretty nice! as well as pratical
That could easily be done.
I am a fan of this model. I would delete the built in table and benches though. Much easier to just use a folding table and chairs and keep the space open.
What’s a rough idea on cost? I like this set up.
Your about $65,000 give or take. It is 22' of living space and 96" interior width. With the 5' tongue you are 27' total in length.
@ thank you! You’re at the top of my list for next years upgrade! Do you seal the underside and heat it for winter use?
@@sav300 Yes, the bottom layer of the floor is sheet metal. We used rolled insulation standard but can add a spray in insulation for a better R Value to help with late season or year round use. That can be in the floor and ceiling. We can also add the metal insulated box around the waste tanks. Plumb the furnace ducting into that box and add 12v tank and pipe heaters as well. Some people like the composting toilet which eliminates the need for a black waste tank. There can be other options we can discuss as well. You are able to determine all of this to fit your needs. We can always draw you up a custom floor plan and give you a quote and see what you think. There is no obligation. We want to make sure we can build you what will work for you.
So why no dining table
The customer did not want a table. They spec'd this out just how they wanted it. They added a pullout bed, chose steps they picked out, pretty much everything is laid out where they wanted it.

I remember spending summers with my Grandpa on the mountains east of Fairview in his little sheep camp. Boy what a change Sixty years makes.
If you are ever in Sanpete stop by and see us. I'd love to find out who your family is.
What additions could a guy make to winteriz the camp for greater insulation against the North Dakota winters, thicker walls, heating in the floor, heat in what could be the crawl space, heat for sewage system, a lot of questions thank you for your time
We did build a camp for Alaska that had thicker walls. We can add a spray in insulation in the floor and ceiling. We do have heat tape for waste tanks and a metal insualted box around it to hold the heat longer. A composting toilet would really be ideal for really cold times but not everyone loves them. It is also a good idea to skirt around the camp and heat that area if possible. We are looking into a diesel heater and seeing if there is a way to add that to our camps. There are some other tips for the waste system and some other options that might work for you. We would love to speak to you about any of this if you ever want to give us a call. Thank you for all the great questions! We love when we get these questions. Because we build these units from the ground up, there are MANY things we can do to customize your camp to meet your needs and questions like these have led to some very unique and amazing camps. One camp does not fit all. You are unique and your camp should show that. Thank you again!!
@@westernrangecamps6075 Thank you so much for your time, great product you turning out

That’s a bunch of overhang behind the trailer wheels. Best be very careful.

Thank you!!
Um, I just started learning about camps, and some of them look straight out of the 1970's. I don't know if they are supposed to be more robust than regular trailers, but it seems like they need to work on their interior design.
Some are built specifically for sheep herders and they want them simple and durable and able to stand up to rough use. Many of our other customers are purchasing our camps because they are built with materials that are know to stand harshe treatment, roads, temperatures and so on. We have people living in them year round or leaving them out in the middle of their property where they can go and stay anytime of the year. We need to build these units so our customers can snowmobile out to their camps in some cases when the temperatures are in the negatives. They get to their camps and start the wood stove and it can very quickly get the inside temperature into the 80's. The materials, trim, flooring, countertops, ect. need to be able to handle those temperature changes. That is why you will see aluminum trim around edges instead of edge banding that is going to start to pull off pretty quickly with severe temperature changes or really bouncy road and rough conditions. There are also many color options to choose from and our customers are given the opportunity to pick what they like and are comfortable staying in. They actually are more robust than regular trailers and we are building them to last very long but we are also building them to customer specifications and so they get to choose colors and floor plans and more and they know they way they are going to use them and who is going to use them and some want the most durable camp they can get that is easy to clean and will hold up to rough, muddy, wet conditions. There are ways to change the interior and soften things up and still use durable materials that will handle the conditions that our customers put them through. Hopefully this gives you a better idea of the builds. Please comment or email if we can try to answer any other questions you might have. We do appreciate your comment and that you are trying to learn more about range camps. They are not something that has very common to most people and for a long time they were not something that the general public would even consider purchasing or would even know about because most of the camps are out in the middle of no-where and not seen by the general public.
Loose the music. It freak-en sucks.
How loose?
@@lawrencewiddis2447 Get rid of it.
for real...the music makes the trailers look ugly. Don't even want to waste another second on it. YUCK

Would you rather have no music or what kind of music would you like? I never know what music to use. Thanks for your comment and any other feedback you have!
Toilet? Shower?
Yes on both. We can do composting toilets, rv toilet, or other. We can do a tub or different size shower also.
damn nice camps, like the north south bed set up the covered porch,
Looks nice
The transition graphics on the video are very distracting and take away from the tour of an otherwise beautiful camp. Looking forward to a full length video!
Right where those propane tanks are would be a great place for a Mr. Cool minisplit air handler, just run the hoses down the side. Also would be nice to have a detachable roof for the front and the back option to keep stuff out of the rain or a nice shady spot. Definitely a neat Camp.
We have a few videos with a covered porch but it is not a removable roof. We have also looked into the minisplit and it would probably fit right there pretty well. Let us build you a camp and you can be the first 😆
That’s awesome!

"too" An adverb that means "also" or "excessively". For example, "I'll go to the mall too!" or "She ate too many chocolates on Christmas Eve". "Too" can also be used to replace words like "additionally," "as well," or "excessively". not "to" A preposition that indicates direction, purpose, or movement. For example, "I'm going to the store" or "We're flying to San Francisco". "To" can also be used as part of an infinitive verb, such as "I want to read".
