Arts for Everyone, Everywhere: Melting biology with glass at the UW–Madison Glass Lab
Meet Abby Sunde, an art student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing in glass and drawing. Abby is a returning student, blending her earlier pursuits in biology with her art practice. His voice reminds me of Derek Zoolander 🤣🤣🤣🤣 And she sounds like female George Benson - they’re both musical geniuses, as far as I’m concerned.❤
i love this woman and all of her songs. Today she played in Oldenburg, Germany and she absolutely rocked the stage ❤
Absolute powerhouse of soul and music!
😅musiker waren im schloss gut versorgt und geliebt ,
Die briten haben Mumm in den Knochen, die pflegen ihre musiktradition ,
I'm really looking forward to your performance in Munich on May 26 2024 at the Bavarian National Museum. The videos are perfect and it will certainly be an incomparable concert. ☺
Patrice has such a kind, sweet, gifted and loving soul. She looks so youthful too! Would like to meet her one day. Hopefully we’ll cross paths if the Lord allows and be able to say “Hi”.👋🏼
what an absolutely beautiful conversation
This was very special for me, being a blackmale from Wisconsin. She is a forgotten legend

...her performance of Forget Me Nots always has like these fluid squeezable things deep within. I
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I wish somebody would ask her about roger troutman
There are no barriers other than the ones you put on yourself
Her composition "Before The Dawn" from the LP of the same title is so amazing!! I use it to meditate. So moving!!
This is such an excellent interview!! I've been a fan of hers for years!! The interviewer was awesome!! 👏👏👏
Very ineresting.
I just get pure nostalgic just seeing and listening her and of cause her music
You are amazing practice you've been my life from a teenager to a grand mother and I still love your music🎉
I'm tripping over dudes voice and pronunciation, it's cool
Just heard the group on Public Radio.
Patrice is one of the most gifted, talented, and accomplished musicians, composers, arrangers, music directors, and educators on the planet. However, she still doesn't get the mass recognition that she deserves. Thank you for a very revealing interview!
It's It's a shame that most women don't know who she is 😢
She’s a diamond
She stays in my playlist!
Brilliant, and holistic artist...and evolving gracefully. 🥂
What a woman !!!!
Love her. She was a child prodigy. I am so glad she never sold out. She once said in an interview Clive Davis tried to get her to go in a different direction but she refused. I'm so glad she did.
Yes and I agree. Her "Watch Out" album (when with Arista and Clive Davis) had three 12 inch dance singles off it, and I wondered if she really wanted to continue sounding that pop. I guess not! :-)
9:40
Thank you to whomever is responsible for posting this interview!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾
Thank you UW-Madison Division of the Arts for providing us all this lovely well filmed and recorded concert. The Baltimore Consort at its best at a great venue. Amazing playing and singing! Very exciting to be able to see and hear all the early instruments being played so beautifully. A wonderful experience. Thank you!

She is Magnificent! I love listening to her talk.
Patrice is an underrated musical genius.
YES SHE IS
Indeed!!!!!!
Outstanding!
Playing a viol like a guitar at 13:58 is not just a gimmick...organologically, a viol is actually considered a bowed guitar...whooda thunkit?
Great group; great performances, as usual! (Too bad they, like the Philadelphia Renaissance Wind Band, are now stuck with a name association to two of the most spectacularly failed cities in America...)
Brilliant interview. I’ve always had a crush on this beautiful and talented woman.
Loved you always since your debut album. Now I'm 65, crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
An extremely enjoyable concert of early music from the 16th/17th centuries, and very well performed by the ensemble
