I used long 3mm setscrews . Its a popular older mod so you can just pop the body on and off over them. they are a headless screw if you don't know what a set screw is

Agree but after ditching the front ifs for traditional shock tower it was a lot better

the body mounts are kind of just old school body posts . I had to 3d print a set with a smaller shaft diameter too to fit the gorilla mounts that we all like to use. best magnetic drift body mount kit ever. def worth the extra bucks. but the A main hobby website www.amainhobbies.com/ has a little vid and they used different posts and have the link.

Same. Mine was all black. Replaced most all the plastics with Real 3Racing 5RR Parts. Still need to do something better with the steering. its ok but could be better. I didn't skimp on electronics though so they'd go into something different if it was a wash.

I have noticed that the stock setup has very parallel Akerman i liked it better with some tow out

@@HBFTimmahhyeah iv put reve d and yokomo parts on my set up, and have a direct drive system, still doesn’t drive anywhere near as good as a stock rd2.0 but it’s fun

@MyRClive sakura d5s with a hobbywing Powerplant. Steering and gyro are AGFRC. I feel like I can't drive, but probably setup could be causing problems. Sometimes the steering gets stuck at full lock. Looks like linkage overtravel.

@@RandomStuffGarage619 whelp Id say start at the beginning with setting the car to the factory setup sheet. then disconnect the gyro or turn the gain completely down. and adjust the endpoint on your steering. then the gyro after.

I actually had a hobbywing xe10 stock spec and was trying to upgrade to the reedy 510r witch is an awesome esc if you can find a working one. unfortunately this one was dead. so I dropped the dime on the xd10 for it

If I remember correctly I used a velcro battery strap through the bed. and the stock body posts on the front

yes , it took a lot of fiddling to get it to work at it's best. it was never perfect though

I didn't get a chance to run it on that esc. and my maclan failed after the first test run. But I did hear that they had a bad run and had to recall some or somthing like that..
