Using Technology to Practice Reading and Spelling
I get it. Is this something that occurs a lot with bilinguals, mixed language families?
DLD occurs at the same rate among multilingual speakers and families as it does among monolingual speakers and families. Exposure to multiple languages does not cause language disorders. I have learned a great deal about typical language development for multilingual learners by collaborating with experienced langauge educators (ESL or Bilingual).
