I would suggest learning CQB tactics, you are running around like you are in a cod free for all, standing in the middle of a room blasting away, tossing frags with a hostage in the house, swat does not use frag grenades nor would use it inside a house where its pretty easy to damage the walls and make the whole structure come down on you, and you would also never open a door while on your knees and continue to stand right in the middle
