But hey man I’m one person. If you do like this setup, I recommend maybe cutting out the audio of the bottom video. When I watched I was confused what to look at because you can hear both the audio of the RC car and the building video. If the intent is for the person to watch the building video, cut out the RC car audio and that might fixate the person more to the building video.
Also with the subtitles over the RC car footage, my eyes tended to stare at the subtitle and then to the RC car footage, rather than back up to the building
yeah man I hear all the advice. The audio for the rc car was too much but I wanted to add the hint of audio but overdid it. When I clip to drawings I’ll probably keep it at 100 opacity with no background video, and subtitle could use some tweaking when I have the drawings up to let their focus breathe

Why are you offering these to the homeless? They can hardly take care of themselves. How do you expect to have them take care of these apartments?! What about the middleclass. I live in a 30+ old apartment with no indoor heating, no AC, no elevator! I barely am able to pay for that, utilities, groceries... I don't see anyone offering me a brand new apartment free if charge and with all those amenities!
