I don't own anyone of this recordings.
those are not all the existing math rock bands, just 46 (yes I did count them).
I haven't included bands such as american football, tiny moving parts etc. because I feel that they're more "emo" than math rock. I absolutely love them anyway.

some it sounds like modest mouse. some of it sounds like nuclear rabbit and primus. it's funny how styles and trends get painted over, repackaged, and sold as something new to the next generation. History repeats itself.
