It is scientifically impossible for greenhouse gas behavior to cause global warming. All the greenhouse radiant energy from the earth is completely absorbed in earth's greenhouse effect by greenhouse gases within 20 meters of the radiating surface that is always in saturation from the strong greenhouse gas water vapor. This video has the United Nations Climate Change disclaimer. Global warming was officially stated at 1.1°C in 1991 and 1.06°C in 2022. The cause of global warming is not known as of 2024. The back of the United Nation's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) science report states it took its greenhouse gas samples at 20,000 meters altitude where it is common high school level knowledge there is no greenhouse radiant energy. This is typical practice for deceptive marketing to state legal data transparency protecting the perpetrators from fraud prosecution. The IPCC has been transparent with its data acknowledging it is not dealing with active greenhouse gases. Earth's greenhouse effect is frequently used as a primary example to high school students of a system always in saturation from the strong greenhouse gas water vapor absorbing all the greenhouse radiant energy from the earth with greenhouse gases within 20 meters of the radiating surface that is all around us everyday and can't have its overall effect changed. There is no further greenhouse radiant energy to interact with greenhouse gases. At 1% average tropospheric water vapor over 99% of earth’s greenhouse effect is from water vapor. Water vapor would hold earth's greenhouse effect in saturation if it were the only greenhouse gas in the atmosphere. The overall average temperature gain to the earth from the earth’s greenhouse effect is 5.55°C (10°F). Arctic warming is taking place with the proving mechanism being warm Atlantic Ocean waters migrating deeper and more frequently into the Arctic Ocean warming it and the region. That warmer water is causing a few weeks less of reflective snow and ice coverage resulting in more solar heat gain to the Arctic region surface. Atmospheric CO2 levels of 1200 ppm about three times what they are today would greatly invigorate C3 plants the majority of plant life on earth greatly greening the planet. 0.4% of the atmosphere is CO2 and on average 1% is H20 water vapor. (1% H20)/(0.4% CO2) = 25. Water vapor is 25 times more present in the atmosphere on average than CO2. Water vapor has an CO2e of 18, 18 X 25 = 450 CO2e total for water vapor to 1 CO2e for CO2. The Earth’s oceans have 3-1/2 million sea floor volcanic vents warming the water and changing it’s chemistry that have not been systematically accounted for.

So, there are ENOUGH materials under the ground to achieve a 100% energy transition but there is not enough infrastructure yet to obtain it ........ Should we aim to this? Circular economy means reducing extracting materias, this means not only fossil fuels, but minerales too. A 100% renewable energy transition will not be a CIRCULAR ENERGY TRANSITION. For circularity we need to insist on energy efficiency, heat pumps, modern nuclear with uranium recycling, reduce our energy intensity (user's behaviour, economy behaviour)
Interesting but please work on voice annoying sometimes
thank you for informative session
Hi, where can I find the slides with the links to the resources websites? Thanks

There is a lot of really helpful information in this webinar. Opeyemi gave a great suggestion of hosting an event for your company and bringing in successful black women in tech to talk about what they are doing - making a space where black talent can come, interact with the organisation and become way to recruit more diverse talent. She also made the good point that no matter how small your organisation is, it is everyone's responsibility to be intentional and find ways to create opportunities. Hannah's point of replicating what has been done with gender is also really important. She also addressed key issues such as using the lack of data as an excuse to make change, and black people feeling the need to defend themselves in the workplace due to poor culture/ stereotypes.
This webinar was really useful and touched on many points such as mentorship vs. sponsorship schemes, role models, the term "BAME", culture, data, responsibilities of white employees, and micro-aggressions. Thank you Marcia, Dennis, Naomi and Warren for your thoughtful points and knowledge.
Thank you for this webinar! Cynthia provides really useful ways of how to move forward and explained that black talent IS out there and the right ways to recruit black talent, and how to create an environment that is actually welcoming. Do not put the impetus on your black employees to drive change. "It is not about lowering the bar, it's about widening the gate so talent can come through." Thanks very much Cynthia for providing concrete actions employers can take in order to improve the recruitment process.
Great webinar. Sandra's simple point of just asking your colleagues what they want to be called might seem obvious but is probably often overlooked and really important. I took away that first it's really important to be comfortable having conversations about race in your work environment and identify what the motivation would be to doing deeper training. Also Russell's point about including lived experiences in trainings stood out to me - that helps to open people's eyes. It was also really useful to hear Emma's plan behind collecting data and acting on it. There was so many important points included in this - thank you all for contributing.
Thank you so much for this incredibly useful webinar series. I really appreciate Keji, Chris and Orion who took the courage to share their experiences. Lola the Baroness of Young Hornsey made many good points, particularly that stereotypes feed into everything we think and we do. Jo also did an excellent job of moderating. Not taking action absolutely means apathy.
Really great webinar, thank you so much to everyone who contributed. I especially like the point from Samuel Okafor about the culture in how you deliver your targets being key. Without the right culture your targets will be pointless. Thank you.
Very Impressive presentation
So I guess this is how you prove that your company kneels. Cowards.
Sorry I couldn't make it and thank you so much for putting this online
