Have you done a video of driving from the most southern tip of Vancouver island to the most northern tip of Vancouver island? Wish you could go back in time. There are lots of places I would have loved to seen.@@veedriving6210

we where young, the booze, the money (back than it was good money, now t would not even be welfare money), and THE GIRLS! Victoria, Drunken Duncun, Nanaimo, Spooky Sooke and every wheres in between was our play gtround. To us, the gangs of Victoria than was army units and navy units. we explored every nato country's navy that came in and a few communist countries navies as well. On Tuesday and Thursday nights, it was party time down town (wish I had pictures to show you) the down town core was wall to wall and tree top tall full of people. When someone said keep on trucking, they met try to walk forward and not in reverse. OH Than you had the beach trips. TEENAGE GIRLS IN IKINIS (back than we where about the same age so nothing weird there). We had the golf club, the yahught club, and the jr officer's club (ok we where non comms but we still snuck in). We had Randy Rivers clothes, we had the white '69 Mustnage and we had Oak bay! Mostly because of te time period. Nothing to say the new ones are better or worse or the same for the people. Just in the early 1980s we where on them more, people used to talk to each other even total strangers, you had the arcade games, Alot of different reasons, but mostly because we where young and the ferries where our thing.@@veedriving6210
