Lupron is pure poison. The company abbvie has had to change their name before as a result. They give Lupron to endometriosis patients as a "possible cure" when all it does is puts the patient into medical menopause that creates even more issues. Our bodies need hormones. There was a woman who literally had her spine deteriorate from this. This is a chemo therapy drug originally used for prostate cancer. I was grateful for the endo community becauese when I was offered Lurpon I said no way. She felt the need to put it in my health notes like I was the crazy one for saying no to it. This so called doctor called herself a specialist in endometriosis too. Gynecologist are taught the very bare minimum on this condition and it's much more complex than their 15 minutes of "education" in regards to it. Im so grateful I found Nancy's Nook Endometriosis group. They helped make me into the educated patient I am today.

I feel like this shouldn't be discussed when it comes to kids. Children up to 18 years old shouldn't be going through gender affirming care at all. Let them be a kid. Cross dressing is fine. There are tomboys, so let the kid be a kid, and if they really want to transition, they can do it on their own. Just make an age limit. Don't ban it for the adults that want to transition, and if the adults regret it, thats just on them.

You are a wonderful brave young lady. Keep up the fight. My oldest is transgender. She is an adult. Though I sensed her differences still as a child, she remained a male until she was ready to tell me she did not feel like a male. I do not think any child should have to go though any of those things until they are old enough to fully understand themselves and even though transitioning at an older age is harder, it is much better sound because they are fully aware of who they are. Keep on fighting because at young ages like that is not right! <3

I loved doing what people are calling, “boy things”, and frankly don’t understand why they are considered things that only boys can do. Why is wearing jeans, not liking frilly clothing or makeup, working on cars, or playing with trucks in the dirt, and climbing trees considered ‘un-girly’ (unfeminine). . . And potentially considered to be reasoning for a gender-change? I grew up doing both, girl and boy things, without ever considering that my activities held a gender distinction.

I went through gender dysphoria at around 12. I started "budding" and then at 14 my menstrual cycle started. I hated it. I was angry that my body was not feeling good anymore, I felt self conscious about and embarrassed by my developing breasts. I hated having to stop being the free, shirtless young tomboy. I didn't want to BE a boy, I just hated my female body. Thank God I grew out of that immature, irrational mindset. Thank God my family and community didn't label tomboys in such a dangerous manner.
