Did it sell for $700k or is it just the asking price. The key is what it sells for. In some parts of the country that is pretty affordable for such a large lot in a desirable part of a city like San Diego or Boston.

Yes, need an HEB on the southeast side.

The backyard is way too small and the kitchen ... oh my gosh I think that is smaller than our first house! But some people like a house without all the grass cutting and trying to fill the house with stuff! That first bedroom ... the bed almost touches the back and front wall! This house would be perfect on a ranch though as a guest house maybe? Drive about 60 miles north ... lots of big open plan more space homes. Do most homes in Austin have HOA? I like the Stephanie home you showed but way to much ... $450k and having to put up with HOA? Up this side $450K gets you like 2-3 acres and a 3,000 sq ft home and no HOA.
