Hey Did u use the free version of ableton lite? I want the get this kind of heavy metal effects with ableton lite 12 free version, but I don’t know if it’s possible.

I see CC has his push 3 in controller mode. I"m wondering if there are any comments about using this method in Stand Alone Push 3 as the looper function in Standalone has very poor support as far as I know and everyone I've talked to becuase you can't see visually what is happening as a reference in where you are in the loop. Thank you Cloud Chord for inspiring solutions and create our own!

anyone know how to toggle between the functionality shown in the video (up/down arrows movw the focus box one scene) and where the up/down arrows select and launch the next scene?

Do you just plug the guitar into the audio interface or do you use some other pedals, preamp or else? Nice work btw!

I cant seem to navigate though properly on the push 2 as if i scroll down to the next scene it automatically launches every clip in that scene... Not sure if I am doing something wrong or the functionality is not there on push 2 but would be amazing to be able to launch individual clips as well as a whole row. Maybe that isn't possible on push 2. Any ideas?

I guess I just do not get it. I have been using Ableton's built-in looping functionality for years, and I never encountered any of these issues before. I even do not use the looper plug-in; I just use Ableton as intended. Maybe I am just confused.

It's amazing how little Ableton seems to care about supporting live looping considering how many people want to use it for this purpose.

Cool Vid..... The Looper is such a cool Audio Effect. It's amazing to me why other DAWs don't have a Looper type plug-in. Combine automating the Speed parameter with what you are doing produces some interesting sonics..... and then overdub at different bpms.... so fun.

Thank you for doing this. This is great to add to the collection of interesting Amps that you have made previously. You deserve to have many more subscribers and views. One of the top Ableton instructors on the internet. The best Ableton for guitar instructor, hands down.

Or you could just group the Smooth Automator and assign the Automate parameter to a macro.

Sheesh I was just thinking why push 2 can't display session view because essentially it's just showing the same thing as push 3 and I searched on the internet and that's how I ended up on this video I wanted this from the day I bought push 2 to be honest this feature was must have this helps to look less at ur screen and more on the push I don't think u need to look at the screen now and push 3 is expensive so I am happy that push 2 is still relevant specially in a country where push 3 upgrade kit won't be available so either u have to buy push 3 standalone or you have to buy push 3 controller version and struck with it and both were not bundled with Ableton so you have to purchase it separately so I am happy that now I really don't need push 3 atleast for now

Have you ever used double loopers? I’ve done two loopers side by side, mapping the stop button of one to the play button of the other. Allowing for two separate loopers per each instrument in your rack. So you could theoretically double down on your looping space per each length you have set up! Thank you for this knowledge!
