谢谢你，这期是很久前拍摄的，确实不够详细，这个很简单的，底部就是普通慕斯蛋糕，上面的书法材质是用威化纸（糯米纸的一种），刷液体（吉利丁16g提前泡软+玉米油10g+水16g，上述材料隔水加热），撒一些玉米淀粉做成可食用布，用色素写上字，如果有不会的再来问我，我回复比较慢，平时比较忙，请见谅
