Thank you! Just lost in a sea of many similar channels I think. I'll continue to make music and upload for as long as I'm enjoying it, and it's just a bonus if anyone out there enjoys the results of my strange synth experiments. I really appreciate the comment, great to know someone likes it.

Thank you! I assume you mean 3 hours? The average view time on these videos is something like 10 minutes, so it doesn't seem worth the increase in rendering time (trying to keep electricity bills down). I may experiment with longer videos and see how it goes, cheers!

Ah yeah, that makes sense. I was using the shorter vids as a preview of the longer versions but not sure it's something I'll continue to do. Definitely sticking with the long form versions.

Hey that's great to know thank you! With Leonardo it was a lot of trial and error, testing all their various rendering engines while keeping the same prompt. I also found keeping the prompts to just a few words helped me create the aesthetic I was going for. Something like "modern, abstract, futuristic building at night with glowing lights" then after a number of iterations I'd pick out my favourites and I modify that image further before using it in the video.

@@ExitSpaceMusic Nice! I am glad to see you back, in another form. One of your videos popped in my suggestions, I listened to it and indeed recognized the style. What really gave it away was the tools and hardware used. I have said it many times using my personal account (I have now a bit of fun in a stealth ambient music niche), but I really like your style, indeed among that vast amount of good ambient music channels out there (Mountain Solitude is an indescribable masterpiece, at least for me). It is an interesting move to reconsolidate your branding into a new channel. Looking forward to it!

Thank you! You've certainly got a keen ear and eye for sure! I decided a few months ago to change the aesthetic and start anew as I felt my work with Starbase didn't have a clear direction. Although I did try to change the audio style for ES, I'm still using the same tools and patches as I did for Starbase. I never considered any of those works to be that special, so it means a lot you picked out a favourite. I remember working on Mountain Solitude, I think I was influenced by listening to Devin Townsend at the time. You’re welcome. A good way to gain traction is to work around a theme that is under served by the ambient community. Everyone has a blade runner portfolio for example but you may find one you like that isn’t saturated
