$15 million to live like a rat in a cage.
He's not confessing, he's bragging.
What a tragedy
$15mil is the Airbnb price.
lol that guys face when he said 15million
Decades of this has driven up the market by people who don’t even live in the houses they buy.
Who cares. Capitalism and open market makes this possible
@@AnEntityBrowsingYTi imagine the people sleeping on the streets care.. not to mention those who get extorted out of their homes by increasing the rent
@@jaeger7243 maybe if they were responsible they'd manage... House sharing, actually turning up to work consistently, spending below their means... Living is pretty cheap, it's the luxuries like alcohol and smoking that people waste money on
@@AnEntityBrowsingYTexactly, so I hope that you never complain about any of the prices and inflation since it's all capitalism and clearly working as intended
"aaaaah, it's a living"
But NYC, millenials, and Gen Z need affordable housing.
I love what they’re doing, but this is why Brooklyn will never or New York City will never be the same! the destruction of middle-class America in the city!
It’s a Racket! What’s in your Racket?
Smart Israeli guy
Means and methods of "old" materials were superior. Just impossible to find competent labor
Bus prices have dropped ,70k for a bay window? and your a idiot if you are offered 20 million and dont take it.......I say BS
Lol 20 million. Maybe in 20 million years
Charlie my dude good to see you it’s Alex from Printing House I’ll stop by soon
Confident 😮😮😮
Lol. Delusional
He paid $5,000 down and got a $15,000 loan from the bank no credit score. Now it's worth 20 million
not 20 mill. more like 3.5 mill
The The VW BUS is indeed beautiful
Solution: don't buy in NYC.
Broker: You are going to let this deal blow up over 50.000 dollar? Him: Will you? 💀
Handsome ❤❤

So it’s fake brownstone. Everyone knows how the real brownstones were brown because of all the horse manure
Wake up people it's buried architecture from Noah's flood. Every continent every city, old buildings are buried in sedimentary layer of Noah's flood. Basements were main or second floors.
Honestly, I'd love that as the plot for a video game. Maybe the mystery gets teased out as you gain abilities that gradually let you go deeper into the sedimentary zones in search of biblical truths, only to be driven progressively madder, caught in the chase/gravity of an Eldritch being who collided with earth eons ago. And it is there that you learn of a forgotten arcane people's first dig... and their sin: "The Mistake," and the ensuing flood. Encoded in the bones of the walls are remembrances of Noah. As you tunnel deeper, you see how he suspects and then uncovers the folly of the ones who commune with the sand, you see the struggles and tribulations of a man trying to save his people from a threat none of them could ever begin to comprehend. Otherwise... nah. Listen man, have you ever seen a house get built before? How basements came to exist is not a mystery. I'm not even gonna get into where the sand came from. Don't tell me all of the continents have half of their civilizations buried under oceanic sand. The sand on continents has different mineral composition. Not that it makes sense for the sand to have come from the ocean. Water levels rising doesn't make the sand on the bottom magically less dense than it and able to wash up over the continents. It just continues moving like it has... which is towards the lowest parts of the ocean floor.
Heroine 😂
“Type of stone….from a quarry….”
Hey mark I am personal friends with the owner of chrome hearts. Let’s set it up
Can someone explain? Are they real estate agents or something?
Tell me more about the Santana concert…. Lol
An Owens???? Omg...my Dad had one around 30', 1965-67ish that the hull was fiber-glassed and lots of mahogany and it even had the mahogany dingy. Docked at my sister's riverfront property here in VA. Loved that boat!
He was living the life 😮
I want you to come to my house and dance with me (Utrecht in the Netherlands :)
Boat: A hole in the water you pour money into. House: A hole in the land you pour money into. Buy ONE and live in it, having both is begging for bankruptcy. And if you think buying a house is the "Better investment," ask yourself: If you try to "Realize the investment on your house..." Where are you going to live, now? It's going to cost money to buy another house.
Buying a house is a better investment. It’s not a question, it’s a fact. And when you sell you house yes you have to buy another one.. but the profits from your last house pay down the mortgage of the new house. I would highly suggest taking a financial course.. you don’t seem very good at it.
Boats are holes in the water you throw money into.
Hated the idea of a power boat. Bought a 700hp boat. Meh, I would've too
after accounting for inflation that comes out to $114,000. This is assuming he bought in cash, and also before maintenance costs. BTW fixing boats is easily new sports car money. Sometimes new house money. depends on the boat and what needs to be done. His asset would've depreciated this entire time, unlike condos. Living on a boat sounds like a good deal to a fisherman like me though.
The two happiest times in man's life are when he buys a boat and when he sells that boat.
I love that. Always liked the idea of boating up the Hudson & around Manhattan ❤
Not only that, if the roof needs to be replaced . Condo fees .
This is why when I finally come to New York and I have money, I got to meet up with you. I grew up on a farm and these are values that I cherish and it's exactly what you're talking about.
You do good work.
Sandals on a job site is a big no no
It makes a difference. I don’t want to have to walk up stairs with bags.
My dad was an Ironworker out of NYC. There wasn’t anything around the house he couldn’t do. Miss him 🙏🏻
"Im holding my breath" 😂
What a fun neighborhood. Miss NY
Hey Mark ….Im in Sicily headed back to Calabria. I’m headed to NYC Oct 1 How about we meet up again ?
I’m a traditionalist. I am more for restoration than revamping. I’m not practical at all. I’m sure what you produce is something much more livable than the original design.
Handsome daddy
Where's the kitchen in relation to the back door ughrrrrr
