So, you started at the back, fought yourself through early congestion on a narrow pathway, ran some sections of trail with a sharp turn at the top end, ran into people coming in the opposite direction, did a 180 degree cone turn, then ran into contraflow, undertook a second 180 degree cone turn and ran into another contraflow with slower runners on your side that you also needed to overtake, avoided dog walkers and cyclists and still managed to finish in P1 with a decent sub-20 time! 👏👏👏

I like to run alone, good luck to you attention go getters !
