75 Days of a Better Me: Day 8 – Shopping, Bathroom Glow-Up & New Running Shoes!
It’s Day 8 of the 75 Medium Challenge, and it’s my day off-so I’m making the most of it! Today’s episode is packed with a bit of everything: shopping, a mini bathroom makeover, unboxing my new running shoes, and a fresh book on ultra-processed foods (UPF).
I’m also squeezing in a car wash (because let’s be honest, it needed it!), plus taking time to review my habit tracker and see how things are shaping up as I head into Week 2.
