That's true about the different names. I had a boss about twenty years ago, when I worked at Randwick Racecourse, and he called them "Devil's Pitchforks"...and the name just stuck with me. It was a tough job, but very satisfying to get it done ! Thanks Lee !

Thanks HW. Of all the pies I've had in my life, one stands above the rest. And that's Villi's pies. We used to get them for free at Randwick Racecourse on race days; but they are almost impossible to find in shops. 👍🥧

@hwtours We'll have to agree to disagree..never heard of Whites. Sometimes you'll get a decent pie at an Asian bakery; and it won't cost an arm and a leg...🤤

That "heads" a must-have, if you do a lot of edging/weed whacking. Just wind about 1.5 metres of cord onto it, and just tap the head on the ground, as you need more cord. The trick is, not to tap it on concrete or similiar..try to tap it on hard grass. Still have to watch your latest video...so many video's to watch; so little time ! Thanks HW.

I think back then it cost me about $16.00; now a halal snack pack at the same place in Sutherland, costs $19.00...and it's mostly chips. They are filling & delicious, though ! Actually had one at Roselands shopping centre yesterday, and it only cost 15.00 ! Thanks HW.

I was buggered after this job. There were times when I thought I'd bitten off more than I could chew... The old Honda hasn't got the guts it used to have; so it kept cutting out. Might need you to adjust the governor arm, for more horsepower ! Thanks BK ! 👍🍻

There is a time limit of 90 minutes per table, and they remind you when your time is nearly up. Hope this helped. 👍🇦🇺 Jim.

Yes. You go and load up a plate with raw meat, and cook it at your table. It's all sliced pretty thin, so it doesn't take long to cook.
