I would say a Newhall to butt you need to learn how to fix them it's not going to be your first time after age they do the same thing you're going to learn how to do it sooner or later two-part epoxy plastic just fixed a little crack in the bottom of mine it is sandable Home Depot and on the end of the cracks drill a hole at each end to stop the crack use a Dremel to open up the crack cutting wheel so you can get the two part in their deep plastic on the crack cut a (V) like you are welding metal

Nothing will look good. Straighten the outside as possible with a heat gun then tape it up well with several layers of clear Gorilla tape. Then reinforce inside with some Shoe Goo and mesh drywall tape as possible.

Shoot the video in 120fps for actual slow motion. Unfortunately you can’t for slow the footage down it’s going to be choppy unless you use twixtor but then expect artifacts. I plan on doing a video similar to this for one of my videos.

The Sonic Wake was my first boat, this spring! I cart-wheeled it, stuffed it so deep it took about 15 seconds before it reappeared at the surface and she lived through all of my first time RC boating mistakes! :) It does need a longer rudder to fix the left turn issue... Thanks for the video, it was not just educational, but pretty funny to! LOL!

I had the same thing happened to me hitting a brick wall .. I used a blow dryer and polyurethane . Blow dryer to mend it back to shape and polyurethane to seal it .. I used black polyurethane so u can’t see it much and it has never leaked again nor split .. I suggest u to do this as yours isn’t even close to what mine looked like

Hey Fred . The guys at norcalrc had a Traxxas M41 that has a similar hull material. They crashed it into a fountain and blew about three inches off of both sponsons. They were able to bondo up the whole frontend of the catamaran, sanded and shaped it . Then primer and paint and good as new

Here’s a suggestion, I’ve done this for years now, fix your current hull, then test and tune to hear hearts content until you get it just right, then buy a new hull and swap everything over just as it is. Not only will you have a shelf queen but one that is dialed in and impressive to watch, now if I could just figure out how to do that with my wife…

My Nephew hit the bottom at high speed twice a couple of weeks apart. The first time was just a minor crack under the Bow, I fixed it over a weekend with a soldering Iron and some JB weld. The 2nd time was much worse, it bent the nose of the Bow up and over to the left at almost a 45 degree angle, I had to cut the nose off about an 1 inch back, I fibre glassed small sections of matt into the cavity, left it to harden, then repeat this 3 times over a few days until the bow was back to the original shape. Then used JB weld and primer to get the final smooth finish before spraying a acrylic white basecoat using Tamiya paints, and a final 2k clearcoat. Yes it was a lot of work, but the finish look great and best of all the nose is now super strong.

Such a hard area to get to and fix from the inside. That being said, I've used a jb plastic bonder on polycarbonate with success... quite a few of my viewers recommend permatex 5200 for repairs on polycarbonate West system g-flex epoxy special for plastic is another good adhesive for polycarbonate, I've yet to try g-flex, but I'm gonna use it on my next polycarbonate break. Seen great results on plastic & abs hulls Hope this helps

Get Some MEK. Methyl ethyl keton. Heat the nose with hot air and bend it in form as much as u can. Cut the ecces materials. Use the MEK to melt a black Lego piece and make become a sticky pasta. Put it on the hole and let it dry. Then sand it down smooth. Will look the same and Will be as strong as before. Just ventilate the room your working in and do not! inhale the fumes. You Will exit this world for a few minutes.

Your boat is flying maybe your fins are causing drag the original ones are much smaller I would go back to stock as for your shell I would look for second hand one your boat needs the Duke of hazard horns

Put some weight on it or something to push the top and bottem back together and smear some shoe goo on it. I did it with a questionable spot on mine and a friend has a good split fixed on a m44 with it. I'm honestly really surprised how good it works
