I stay in the third Ward uptown by Saint Andrew and Simon Bolivar 2 months ago I had to call 311 to get to cars towed because I keep parking in front of my apartment sitting on my steps smoking crack pissing on my steps and everything throwing trash everywhere filling my trash cans not taking them out my neighbors don't even take out their own trash it's sad and pathetic so I called and had both of their cars towed and you know what they lost their cars permanently because they can't afford to get them back ever why because they're homeless bums I guess they thought they could sit on anybody's porch that they please well not mine. And I got to say I will keep calling 311 and getting people's cars towed on purpose because I live here and I pay bills here not these homeless nasty smelly bums homelessness in New Orleans is a big problem they have unity that offer them apartments for free for the rest of their lives but yet they have turned it down time and time again free apartments that is correct they turn it down because they are retarded if you ask me.who in their right mind would turn down apartment that you get for the rest of your life and you don't even have to pay bills ever again as long as you don't have income anyway and even if you did have any kind of income you only pay 30% of what your income is not the bills so I mean these people that are on the streets of New Orleans I don't feel sorry for even one bit I was homeless from March 2nd back in 2020 all the way until October 26th 2021 that's a year and a half and when I got my apartment from unity I have been in it ever since and I am keeping it because I deserve it. I will never be homeless again. Like I said before the people that are still homeless in New Orleans right now sleeping under a bridge on a bench in the park or anywhere on the streets it's their own fault unity of New Orleans just got a 14 million Grant or somebody donated 14 million and they have the money to get every homeless person in New Orleans and apartment for the rest of their life but if you like me and you walk the streets of New Orleans every single day you see that these people turn it down and I guess they enjoy being homeless and stink. I'll never understand the way they think
