Hi there - The foot rest of the V6 cannot be removed unfortunately! This is an updated feature of the Xplory X.

I did it this way but my chair doesnt seem to get level nicely every time i tighten it up. It wobbles
If anyone loses the black washer attachments you can get m5-.80 hex nuts from any hardware store for cents!
