I think it really comes down to the government, the media, brainwashing black people to behave in a certain way. There are black people that do live in places like China, and they do not behave in like the ones in the US. They are more civil and actually work and contribute to the country of China. Even Muslims in China are well behaved, they follow the law, no terrorist attacks, etc. It's just that the Chinese government is just better run than the US government.
