I would say AT&T is a hold imo. It’s been flat for growth since 2003 so the only way you’d get a good roi is through dividends and that could take a long time to even just break even with on your investment
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on AT&T. Dividends can be a great way to build wealth over time. It's important to consider your investment goals and risk tolerance when deciding on your strategy. Keep researching and learning about different investment options to find what works best for you. Good luck on your financial journey!
@ that is true!
I'd like to see other's comments on which dividend stocks they are going for. I personally like CubeSmart and Extra storage.
Thanks for sharing your picks! Dividend stocks like CubeSmart and Extra Storage can be great for building long-term wealth. It's important to do your own research and choose companies with strong fundamentals. Keep investing wisely! 📈 #FinanceTips #StockMarket.

Avgo yield 1.24% not 4.21%
Thank you for pointing out the discrepancy in the yield percentage. It's important to note that accurate information is key when discussing dividends. I appreciate your attention to detail and hope you found the strategies in the video helpful for your financial goals. Keep learning and growing in your investing journey!
4.21% is the holding position in the etf, not the yield...

Why are you assuming there will be no growth of JEPQ?
It's important to consider all possibilities for growth in the stock market. JEPQ may have potential, but it's always wise to diversify and research. Keep an eye on trends and stay informed for the best investment decisions. Happy investing!
@@HarrysFinancialFitness yah I totally agree, but I think it would’ve been fair to give jepq at least some % return annually in your example. It is up 30% over the past 1 year. Which obviously it’s not going to grow at that rate each year. Either way I still enjoyed the video 🤝
I am impressed with your update on these stocks, now my question is which is best to buy at this time. I have some liquid assets to diversify.
In no order: 1) VOO 2) QQQM 3) SCHG/VUG 4) VTI 5) SCHD/DGRO. Personally I put down 1.2m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. it was this time last year I made my first break through with a liquid 370k. Handed it to a trader here in TX, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. Tesla will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.
Thank you, I already added VOO and QQQM, can you share this Pro with me.

Itw is a high yield stock? With 2.4% and 4.5% growth rate? Wth? Same with the rest. Good stocks but not high yield dividend stocks.
Hi there! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. While the stocks mentioned may not have extremely high dividend yields, they are still solid options for building wealth over time. It's important to consider factors like growth potential and stability when looking at dividend stocks. I appreciate your input!
Qqq is better
Thank you for sharing your opinion, QQQ does have some strong performance in the stock market. It's always interesting to see how different ETFs compare and how they can help investors grow their wealth. It's important to do thorough research and consider your own investment goals before making any decisions. Happy investing!
I think one of the difference is that at some point SCHD divvy rate will have to cap at probably not much higher than where it is today. See SPHD. VIG has plenty of runway left on dividend growth.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! It's interesting to consider how dividend growth rates can impact ETF performance. I agree that SCHD may have a cap on its dividend rate, while VIG still has room to grow. It's definitely worth keeping an eye on both ETFs for potential investment opportunities. Thanks for watching the video and joining the discussion!
@@HarrysFinancialFitness ya man. Great video. Cheers. 🍻
They need to sell weekly or the available 2x weekly options. Monthly destroys any possibility of capital appreciation past 2%.
Thank you for sharing your perspective on selling options for capital appreciation. It's important to consider different strategies when investing in bond ETFs like TLT and TLTW. Each investor has their own unique goals and risk tolerance. Keep researching and learning to make informed decisions that align with your financial objectives. Happy investing!
How did you get the $73,748 dividend calculation from a 100,000$ investment
Hi there! Thanks for watching the video. The $73,748 dividend calculation is based on a hypothetical scenario of a $100,000 investment in those 5 stocks. It's important to keep in mind that dividend payments can fluctuate and are not guaranteed. Make sure to do your own research and consult with a financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Keep learning and happy investing!
@@HarrysFinancialFitness however I calculate and going by exactly what you said ……..how can I get a 73,747% return per annum …. Can you please break the numbers up for me total investment and total returns as to how you got to this number
It does but like it says you would have to hold those investments for 20+ years minimum before you start seeing that yearly dividend, if you start right now you’ll see that 74k in your 30 year mark.
anyone gonna comment about if this seems believable or true? seems like a 100,000$ investment for 78,000$ a year doesn’t sound right
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! It's always a good idea to do your own research and double-check information before making any investment decisions. Remember that individual results may vary, and it's important to consider all factors when evaluating potential investments. I appreciate your engagement and hope you continue to enjoy the content on my channel.
Another fake investing expert
It’s correct but you’ll only see that 78k a year in 30 years if you only do 100k right now, the more you invest over time within the 30 years mark the faster you’d see the dividend increase to the 78k in a shorter time and possibly surpass it. Unless you’re willing to wait 30 years with zero investment after your first 10k
@@Mederos19 well i don’t have 100k anyways but im sure 23$ will do
I made a real dumb mistake and sold my 1000 shares of SPYI that i bought at 49.25 per share. Sold for a profit after it paid me around 500 a month for a long time. Dumb mistake and have a buy order in forbthe next big drop. We also still own JEPQ. 1000 shares at 53.13 a share. Keeping it and buying more if it drops at least one dollar below my cost. Stayed away from JEPI but had it sometime ago. SPYI was great.
I appreciate you sharing your experience with SPYI and JEPQ. It's important to learn from our mistakes and adapt our strategies accordingly. Keep a close eye on the market and trust your instincts. Happy investing!
Why stay away from JEPI
@@George-hl2xmwhen we first owned it we owned it in the low 50s and it went up quite High. I ended up selling it. Now I am concerned about buying it because I would have to put about 59,000 into it under $400 a month

Thank you for your comment! Dividend investing can definitely be a great strategy for growing wealth in the long run. It's important to do your research and choose companies with a strong history of paying dividends. Happy investing!
ADP is a f up company they will lay you off if you work more than 20 years there, why should I invest in a company that doesn’t care for their employees and their retirement?
I understand your concern about ADP. While it's important to consider a company's approach to employee care, there are many factors to consider when investing. Dividend investing can still be a viable strategy for long-term growth. Keep exploring different investment options to find what aligns with your values and financial goals.
There is no expense ratio for individual companies, etf yes not individual companies
Thanks for your comment! You're right, expense ratios typically apply to ETFs, not individual companies. When it comes to dividend investing, it's important to consider the strategy that works best for you in the long run. Keep learning and exploring different approaches to find what pays off big for you in 2025 and beyond!
I just opened a position in SCYB. Will help maintain my yield as ffr lowers (in USA)

What did you put as the average annual interest rate for QQQ? I'm trying to use a compound interest calculator and I'm not seeing the same numbers.
Hi there! The average annual interest rate for QQQ isn't applicable as it's an exchange-traded fund (ETF), not a savings account. Instead, you can look at its historical performance or annualized return to get a sense of how it has performed in the past. Remember, past performance is not indicative of future results. Hope this helps clarify things for you!

Every crash/collapse brings with it an equivalent market chance if you are early informed and equipped, I've seen folks amass up to $1m amid economy crisis, and even pull it off easily in favorable conditions. Unequivocally, the collapse is getting somebody somewhere rich.
I do not disagree, there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such execution are usually carried out by investment experts with experience since the 08' crash
The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 just after the pandemic to date.

why would someone pick these over the s&p 500? Just curious not trying to be contrarian
Diversification. S&P 500 fund tends to have all its money in valuation and expected growth. SCHD and VIG combine dividends and growth but target different indexes. Idea behind dividend funds is to use compounded dividends to increase shareholder stake.
Hey there! Great question. Choosing between SCHD and VIG over the S&P 500 really depends on your investment goals and risk tolerance. Both SCHD and VIG focus on dividend growth, which can offer potential long-term benefits. Feel free to do some more research to see which option aligns best with your financial objectives. Happy investing!
Because of the greater dividend income s&p 500 dividend is on the lower side and the dividend growth is also slower
Great question and was wondering the same thing. I just now getting into investing and wondering should I invest all my income into schd to one day have 100k, or just put everything into VOO.. if I spread my money across multiple etfs, I'll never be able to accumulate 100k just into one.
@HarrysFinancialFitness so if I have 30 years to invest, I should focus more on growth Dividend etfs than sp500 like VOO?

Would I buy some at the next market dip? Yeah, probably scoop some. QQQ did make me some money in the past. However after the last downturn I realized that I didn’t need as much risk.
I wouldn't call risk, Tech is life, its the present and future , its inevitable.
