I agree that for people new to anxiety this can be helpful information, however not info that they necessarily should have to pay for to get, they can get it from a simple google search if they wanted. My point was that most people who are probably purchasing this course are doing so out of desperation because the simple/common sense things have not worked so they rely on someone who allegedly suffered with it to hopefully make them better and get rid of the symptoms. I fully view this course as a cash grab because he did say in the past that you get lifetime access to it with updates to it and all of that. To this day he has yet to upgrade that course and include anything else in it and still promotes it in his newer videos while its been out for a few years now. His free videos are just fine, they offer good insight and valuable info but there is simply no reason for this course to exist other than to take advantage of vulnerable people for a financial gain.

@@JPostman425 I do agree with you. I did have a certain feeling about him and that is why I looked for reviews. Not that I was planning to buy his course but I was curious what it could possibly be. I know that there is no magic pill because just like you, I've been through long years of agoraphobia and horrible anxiety. I'm in a lot better place just by being consistent with what I learned that works for me. I tried medication but it doesn't do the job for me, probably because I did certain substances too, I don't know. I was drinking a lot as well because no pill could calm it down. I can see that he's an RUclipsr first, and he's using certain marketing techniques to grab attention and direct people towards his "course". I mean, his course is called Elite and promotes full recovery. So I wondered, what could possibly be apart from what I gathered over the years. So you confirmed exactly what I suspected. It's all obvious information for us but the newcomers don't know what they have, they are at the stage where they suspect all kinds of illnesses and they don't know what to search on Google. Especially that researching it is causing a lot of anxiety because of the suspense that you might find out something horrible confirming the nonsense. What I appreciate about the course is that it's all the information in one place. Motivation is overrated, that was a funny one. Motivation is the fuel, discipline is the engine and there are many aspects we can work on, including getting distracted, finding purpose to feed the 'soul' and the need to matter and use time wisely. I developed my own anxiety journal/planner over the years and it works for me. I didn't fully recover yet and I'm not caring anymore about full recovery, it's stressful to have such expectations, therefore it does the opposite of helping. In my opinion and experience, managing anxiety is the best start, then we have to forget about it. I tried and experimented with a lot of stuff probably just like you did too. Don't lose hope. If we can get to the stage to manage it, there is a big chance that we can also get to the stage where we can have a normal life at some point. David Daish was my big inspiration, he's on RUclips as well. Low quality sound and videos, but it got me through a lot. Also, I'm working on an anxiety journal and I want to be transparent and honest with my experience and all the information included. It would be interesting if you could review it once it's ready. I would love an honest opinion. I could be too biased by my own experience and a different opinion could help a lot to improve it. I'm working on animations as well to support it and share extra information since I'm already well over 400 pages and Amazon kdp has its limits, plus the high cost for publishing. I know that anxiety sufferers are broke and my least intention is to take advantage.

@@JPostman425 I wrote a terribly long comment and it looks like it was never posted...... However, it was about agreeing with your opinion about his course. Just like you, I've been through long years of anxiety and agoraphobia. So I gathered a lot of knowledge and experience. First of all, Trey does use marketing strategies, so there is a strong sense of a focus towards 'money'. Which is fine. But, I was suspicious about the course. An ELITE course that promotes 100% recovery. I know there is no magic pill, and it's a meticulous process that takes a lot of patience and time. It's a roller-coaster with rewards, doubts, success and failure. I did found it funny when he said that motivation is overrated. I think that I watched the same motivational videos as him. Motivation is necessary, otherwise you won't do anything. It's the fuel that keeps you fighting for whatever goal you desire. However, it's only a hype without discipline and resilience. I'm in several anxiety groups and I can notice the "guru" asking certain questions so they can write their "anxiety full recovery elite gold edition" books. They need that for the hooks. But then there are a lot of people that just want to vent and just put their misery out there. I know that it's a form of therapy, but, in the end, we all need to act on it. Over the years I developed my own journal, which was a progressive process. But it helped me a lot. Medication and therapy didn't do the job for me. I'm actually currently working on a digital format of my journal and also animations. It's an animation about anxiety that now will support the journal. My intention is actually to be able to make the animation once again. It's my baby and I want to get it out there. If anything, it would be great if you can review the journal and my project overall. Once it's ready, I could get my own journal from Amazon and send it over to you. I would like a straight forward and honest opinion and yoou seem to be the right person.

Been getting somewhat better in certain areas. I've had lots of ups and downs with health anxiety over these last few years and am trying to work on overcoming that. Have come across a lot of audiobooks and other literature on anxiety and panic that have been helpful. Hope you're doing well man.

@@JPostman425 ayy appriciate the reply. I use the amd adrenalin radeon relive. Tbf i managed to get it to 60frame rate which is more than good enough and comes out brilliant. Thanks alot 🙏

Im still struggling but it seems to be a cycle for me. I'll worry about something and then after a few months it turns into another worry (heart, health, etc.) And then switches to another worry like an illness or something. Some things have gotten better and others havent
