Yes sir i have same machine oc problem but when feedback connection pin removed the oc gone,Mosfet,diodes and transformers all are good what causes that problem to occur.

ARC400, when we start welding it comes oc lamp but before weling it looks ok.After coming oc lamp if we off and on, then it's looks ok but starting welding same problem occure.What's the problem??

No need to remove the mosfet until the drain and source are not short ..you can try checking value by removing gate resistors one by one. But nyc work
