Taking a step away from my normal style videos, I want to take a moment and talk to whoever may feel like their in a rut, like I was feeling last year. As a mid 30s dad and veteran, I fell into complacency and extreme comfort in my life. Avoiding healthier decisions because they were more difficult, which resulted in a rapid toll on my life and health.
