In a world full of pain and anguish sometimes we forget that we have the power to change our lives! Healing Light Wellness and myself Charlene Smart are dedicated to supporting you on your journey to take back your power.
My mission has always been to heal the world…well, specifically and more importantly to heal your world! To do so we’ll use Energy Psychology methods such as Energy Healing also known as Reiki and the Emotional Freedom Technique which is more commonly known as EFT or EFT Tapping. We also incorporate meditation, breathwork, and more.
I am committed to your healing journey so that you may live a life full of joy, happiness, and peace. I will share information, ideas, and techniques to help you along the way.
