Also, when training, just do the ones with high levels of work load, and adjust their pay with the training to keep them happy, check where your staff buildings are and make sure they’re relatively close to facilities is it reduces the amount of time they are away from the shop, and also add the staff perk to the staff building that makes the staff less likely to be unhappy about being underworked
