Hi Kathryn❣️Thank you so much for your kind comment as always!🥰An iridescent colour like the Glowing Peach by Arteza makes the florals lovely and shiny once dry. They can look like they're reacting a bit funny while still wet though, if the paints are super thin, but do have an experiment with it as the results are pretty!🌸😊❤️

The larger pieces takes me between 1-2 hours to complete (about 50mins to an hour for smaller canvases) so I usually do both corners, before they start to dry. If it's only partly dry, then you can add more paint and it will evens out, but if it's completely dry it'll look like an extra layer when the additional paint dries. Played with that in one of the videos to get a slightly 3D look!🌸😊🎶

Ooooh could it be the brand of paint you're using?🤔Also do you know the transparency/opacity of the paint? I find that Amsterdam Light Gold gives me lacing and cells, as do paints which are transparent or semi-transparent. Also, if you play around with layering transparent (like Amsterdam Light Gold) on top of a more opaque colour, sometimes that works too!😊Looking forward to hearing how your experiments go!😍Thank you for watching and commenting as always!🥰🌺💕

Using Amsterdam Titanium white for base and then a mix of Amsterdam, Liquitex, and Pebeo (iridescent Gold, iridescent orange & iridescent Blue violet). Trying to place Amsterdam over the others to get cells but no luck. Humm. Still, very pretty! Will look into your suggestions and keep trying! Thank you!

I don't seem to get cells with Pebeo brand either, although the iridescence is lovely. But if I do put Amsterdam Light Gold on top and blow straight down directly over it, cell or lacing does appear... Hope it works for you too! The colours you're using sound very pretty😍 @@kathrynpeters7603

Colors: Ams. Red Violet, Red Purple, Liquitex Prism Violet, Dioxazine Purple, Pebeo Covid Pink, Iridescent Blue Violet, iri. Orange & Iri. Gold. Maybe I’m using too many brands, too many colors? 😂

Used to smash left over paint on the balloon onto white card...but totally agree with you, not keen on the result😅Must try to figure out a way to create something lovely with that leftover paint😊Will share once I do!🌸🥰🎶
