update: got to over a thousand. I'd like to ask how you keep sliding while opening a door. when i try, it just doesn't open. does it have to do with keybinds? i mean, i haven't needed to. it just looks fun.

I've gotten to 400 or so in my first day without any mega fancy movement tech so honestly I'm probably just gonna like playing regularly cuz most of the time my deaths are from combos I haven't learnt yet (or the red eye with a slide door GOD THAT'S SO ANNOYING)

People spam slide so they can go a tac bit faster because the slides max velocity is a bit faster than running normally

Usually I keep jumping and then immediatly slinding down, it preserves speed from sliding down ramps and makes me ho very fast

the reason **I** spam slide is because theres a movement tech i like to call "the walking slide" idk i just like calling it that its pretty easy, just start sliding and then immediately let go of sprint. it makes you a bit faster but it works. i saw someone else saying in the comments that spamming slide makes you a LITTLE faster, but this tech makes you just a little faster then that if true.

The people spamming slides are most likely mobile players as if you push the movement stick far enough you start crouching

You can bhop by sliding and jumping and then stop sliding and slide and jump again and repeat which makes you go faster
