Custom 3D printed mirror for my Kawasaki H2.

The video above shows the maiden flight of a 2.1 mtr span fixed wing UAV. It is the result of a year long project to build an under 4kg aircraft that can be used in aerial surveillance and security. Do you recommend Tarot camera gimbal?
How is that tarot gimbal holding up? Does it integrate directly with cubepilot?
I just have a question does this gimbal have HDMI? I have Ethernet gimbal with ip camera and I am having trouble setting up my gimbal haha. I have the Q10N gimbal
Awesome! I guess you could have just gotten a 4G modded Parrot Disco for 200 Euro's, use a 10A lion battery and cruise around all day at 75km range. But then again, your camera quality is 10x better than a Disco's ;-D
Nice build. Love the aerial views from 3:50. So smooth and steady. Thanks for including build photos and details at beginning of video. Some helpful insights. Planning my build with DJI Vista, and considering mounting camera on a pan servo (on canopy, or above wing), so seeing how others have installed, as am concerned with CoG and spacing for battery.
How much would charge to fabricate another retrofit setup identical to yours?
Ya this is great. I had no idea you did that much customizing. I really really like that CF cage and tongue, the wood seems super brittle. I am not sure how you get a CG with so much weight forward. You have made me rethink my whole project. Is the CF hard to work with?

Great setup..!! i too have a Herelink waiting to fly a mini Talon. The power cable for the Airlink unit is defective. Completely crippled for a power cable !! Do you know any store to get one ....thanks.....

Alex this is a fantastic project. Thank you for sharing. Is the fuse scratch built? I have been wanting to see a Herelink actually controlling an aircraft, you are one of a only a few I have seen on YT. How as you HD signal during this flight? Is there any OIS active in your package? I bought the same camera for the same purpose without many examples of how it performs. The distributor failed to fulfill my order, I may repurchase. Are you happy with the Tarot camera? Have you considered adding any post processing to video signal (AI, tracking, etc) How are the goggles integrated into the Herelink system?
