A helytelenül karbantartott lánc, vagy például a motorkerékpár extrém használata, mind, mind hozzájárulhat a rendellenes kopáshoz, vagyis közismerten: a láncnyúláshoz. Ennek "alattomos" formája, amikor nem egyenletesen, hanem szakaszokban nyúlik a lánc, mint ahogyan a filmen is teszi. Megdöbbentő volt látni olyan láncszem-párokat, melyek a laza oldalon, a kis lánckerék után ki sem egyenesedtek.

A feszültségszabályzó hibás. Folyamatosan 14,4 V fölött tölt, függetlenül, hogy van-e fogyasztó bekapcsolva vagy nincs. Hosszabb menet közben a műszerfalon lévő feszültségmérő még 16,8 V-ot is mutatott, és csak úgy lehetett vízbontási határfeszültség alá vinni a töltést, hogy minden elektromos fogyasztót be kellett kapcsolni.

Bosszantó, hogy szinte minden Divinél alapjáraton elég hangos zakatolás hallható a blokkból. Ennek oka egyrészt a nem megfelelő lamellák használata, másrészt a nyomórugók "elfáradása" harmadrészt - a zaj legfőbb okozója - a külső kosárra szerelt, az olajpumpát meghajtó fogaskerék elfordulását megakadályozó stift igencsak lazának mondható illesztése. Egy márkatárs ötletére alapozva javítottam ez...

Szinte valamennyi Divinél alapjáraton hallani lehet egy zakatoló/csattogó hangot. Már sokan próbálkoztak a zaj forrásának feltárásával, így itt volt az idő, hogy én is beálljak a sorba. A probléma oka látható és hallható a videón.

Útban Cesky Krumlov felé ez volt az első megálló és pihenő a szakadó esőben. Innen még durván 300 km várt ránk hasonló időjárás mellett.

Hello, (Yamaha XJ 600 N - 1995) Take out the friction plates and steel plates without any marks. Are there different sizes of friction plates and how to place them. Or are they all the same size (mm) and I know I have to put 1 friction and 1 steel ring 1 friction 1 steel ring. My question is.. is there a certain size of the friction that I should put first in a order?

Hi I think I have the same problem and I'm not sure if just new sliding bushes (not sure what the proper term is??) will fix it. Could you translate what youe sad in the video to english (or german). :D Also I hear and feel LOUD nocking witch seems to be coming from the steering head bearing which should be fine. So I'm wondering if it also comes from the defekt in the fork. thanks in advance :)

miért két rúd ?
the reason the pin should not be a tight fit is to give some slack on the oil pump drive. fitting a tight pin removes the slack and stops the noise but it will damage oil pump eventually, in the same way an overtightened drive chain will damage the gearbox output shaft bearing. what you are doing is treating the symptom not the cause. the cause is imbalanced carburettors/partially blocked idle jet. this putting a bigger pin 'fix' will ultimately damage the oil pump.
But how does a clean and balance get rid of the rattle? Just curious
@@Damien666ish if the carbs are properly synced the engine runs more smoothly in general, smooth running engine means less rattle. a multi-carb engine with out-of-sync carbs will run rough, inducing rattles. the main point is its better to address rattles by tuning them out rather than drastic modifications, which probably do more harm than good
@@Gruxxan I see. So if I get my carbs set correctly "temperature at 500-500f at the first bend" them I'd need to get them synchronised/balanced. I have a 92 seca2 and I just want this all done. Mine isn't a bike any more, I decided to make a ATV out of it. I spent nearly a year on and off doing it and now I'm a the stage where I'm fitting an aftermarket exhaust and prepping for Paint. Finished all the welding and it's a rolling chassis now. Everything fits and looking good. Not to disassemble 😤.. thanks for the advice 👍
@@Damien666ish no problem. all multi carb engines go out of sync eventually, the older they are the more out of sync, simply through vibration
@@Damien666ish bear in mind, carb syncing is the last thing to do, after everything else has been checked ie good compression, clean carbs, valve clearances, good spark, no inlet manifold air leaks, etc

made from a drill of a suitable diameter. it is very durable.

you would be much better to clean and balance the carbs. there is supposed to be some play in the oil pump drive cog, to protect the oil pump from damage, it is that way by design.

Kifejtse hatását? :D Amint beleöntöd kifejti hatását. Ha nem akkor mechanikai probléma áll fennt. Csodaszerek sajnos nemléteznek

How long after you introduced the XADO did the noise subside? I did the same with my 95 Seca 2 for oil smoke and the same noise/ clutch rattle, smoke is slowly dissipating it seems' but the noise still remains, I even had the pin replaced like GT recommended, it helped but has come back, my be the pin just takes a heck of a betting and is too much the nature of the beast to be cured. I have not run the 1000 mi on the bike as the package clams must happen for it's claimed results but it feels as if my clutch is not happy because it struggles to get into 1st gear any thoughts.
És most csendes,nem zakatol?
Valamivel csendesebb, de nem az igazi oka a zakatolásnak, hanem a primer lánc csörömpölése. Alapjáraton amúgy is egyenetlenebbül jár a motor, ami megrángatja az egész belső szerkezetet, ráadásul a lánc feszítését a rugón kívül egy olajfeszítő végzi. Ez utóbbi a kisebb olajnyomásból fakadóan nem tökéletesen végzi feladatát, így a lánc képes "meglebegni". Mellesleg ez csak igen hosszú távon éreztetheti "káros" hatását, inkább csak a fülnek kellemetlen. Javítása aránytalanul költséges, és az sem szól hosszú távra. Minden esetre a stift cseréjét érdemes megcsinálni, ha másért nem, mert ott így kisebb lesz "koppanás".
Köszi a videót és a választ. Ezzel a hanggal együtt kell élni vagy a motort cserélni akinek van rá módja. Alacsony költségvetés,de ennek ellenére 100000kmen felül vannak már amit használnak. Könnyen kezelhető,fordulékony,szélvédelem,üléspozicio-rendben. És ami a lényeg,nagyon is használható. Észre sem veszi a rosszabb minőségű utat amiből van bőven.
A "KisDivi" olyan, mint egy fa ék - szoktam mondani. A maga módján igénytelen, rendkívül egyszerű motor, jellegzetes zörgő hanggal. Ezzel együtt lehet élni. Arról nem hallottam, hogy ez bármilyen problémát okozott volna. Ha valakinek nincs nagyon másra igénye, akkor ez egy kiválóan használhat sport-túra gép.
1500-1600 fordulaton járatom/ alap/ igy lényegesen csendesebb alig halható

Макс Лакеев I have done my xj small pin fits to boss but still clearance with the oil pump gear square hence you need to sleeve the pin to make a tight fit

What year is the XJ600, mine had a similar sound but turned out to be a clutch basket rattle. I made a video on how to check and repair if that is the cause. Great RUclips name.
