Just thought of another suggestion if those cubbie shelves are from IKEA, you could get the drawer inserts they sell and add baby locks to those drawers.

First time watching your channel. I too am redoing our homeschool room. I suggest looking at kitchen cabinets specifically ones that have drawers that way you can install baby locks on each drawer and cabinet and the cabinets should be more durable than cheap partial board.

Hey I do my homeschooling in the kitchen table and I live in a small apartment and I even do homeschool in my bedroom because that's what the computer is so what you know if that's what you have that's what you have I see a lot of homeschool videos when I type in homeschool and I see like the classroom and they're so fancy I'm like some people can afford that but you know I like your videos... I'll be homeschooling how much a year in July...

That's such a blessing to have your mom there as an extra hand. I love your commitment to your kiddos! 🤗

Have you actually looked in depth at what is being taught in this curriculum? This is a Marxist curriculum. Look at 6th grade HIstory, Unit 5, The Industrial Revolution. There is definitely an agenda being pushed, hence, why it is free. We absolutely do not need to push socialism. 😢😢

these are actually really great books! a great reminder to step out of worrying about expensive curricula and look to the little and cheap things that are often overlooked, but can be great finds those hands on books look so fun, even i want to do them! i hadn't seen those before, and honestly would've loved them when i was in school myself
