Are you saying it's more expensive in every area or just yours? Plus, what state did you come from, because where are cars $2500? I think expensive is based on what state you come from and what area within that city and state you live. Is that the same in CR?

Love the fruit trees, the flora and fauna, chill vibe, etc. so Im excited but def agree that it's not the cheapest and shouldn't be the core reason for ones move. ...also yeaaah, my son loves brooms and hangers too 😅
