I nearly snapped my shoulder using a shoulder press machine, and my knees had a very hard time with any type of hack squat. I think machines and free weights have their time and place but I’d rather have someone over prioritize free weights than machines

My first day at the gym and i already want to skip the cardio for the weights 😭
Free weights and machines build the same amount of muscle and with free weights you do more of a natural movement Free weights builds the core and stability demands and which is better for you it leads outside of the gym far more better. It’s ok to use machines every once in a while as long you’re doing it with free weights just not a replacement with them.

I work out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday And this is my Split: Monday: Legs & Shoulders Tuesday: Back & Abs Wednesday: Chest & Arms.

I agree with what you said but you also have to be little bit more honest in line walking works your core and leg muscles it might not build as much muscle as strength training but it builds muscle. The food part is probably the biggest thing ppl should work on though

Its 2 months since I started gym and i am doing heavy weight and till failure I don't feel sore in that muscle group nor even the next day ( am i doing something wrong?)

What’s awesome is God designed our bodies to repair themselves, so when we tare our muscles for growth, they repair and grow rather than stay damaged. The complexity of the body and nature just goes to show God is truly all knowing and all powerful just as the Bible says.

What I do is a start the week with an all around workout. Then the next 2 days i focus on reps on specific areas. Then do till failure on the last 2. Take a rest day then active rest.

I use mass gainer to get appitite once I have mass. i can then eat proper food, forcing myself to eat is not fun. Mass gainers are gentle on my stomach. When I force eat it's painful tbh, gainers help alot. Makes my metabolism higher. Meaning i'm more hungry.
