Thanks for this video, my issue for one of my machines was that the claw would drop, pick up the toy and then the claw would open up as it came up thus dropping the prize. Suggestions on what I could trouble shoot for this issue?

Is there a part 2 to this video? Also, I just purchase one like this for my classroom and the globe is very very scratched up. I've tried wet sanding and polishing and it looks worse:( The cylinder look 1000 times better but for some reason the plastic that the globe is made of must be different. Any suggestion?

The black ring on the claw has a little screw like on the string wheel, if you undo that you can adjust how much the claw closes.

Can you make a video where the PR is 1?

WAIT A SECOND 8:50 During gameplay I thought you had to press the button once for the claw to drop and grab the prize? or you have to hold the button during setting?

so if I want to win each game the PR should be 1? and automatically the claw with 48% strength will be strong?

Does F stand for Fair>? becuase the guaranteed mode starts with a G

What does the Retan setting mean below your payout rate? My machine has a setting ‘A PR’ which I don’t know what it means!

So I have one of these exact machines and the weak claw actually doesn't do anything that I can tell. Same with yours... What happens is on a non win it still uses strong to grab but then it switches to lgv towards the top. This happens during every non win. Payouts are strong the entire time. Weak claw serves no purpose that I can tell with my testing and neither does strong time. I've set it to 1 sec and 2.5 secs it still does the same thing. Test it.. Turn weak claw on like 10v so it doesn't close and leave the others set normal and you will see if never grabs with a weak claw. Only thing I can figure is some of these are tied to other settings in the machine like Price.
