This is the best Jad guide on RUclips by a mile! It's made for the average player in completely average gear that can maybe play a couple hours a week tops. I can't stand it when the presenter is making a "low to mid level boss" guide and the first thing you see is max combat stats and over a billion gp in gear. "See how easy it is guys it's practically AFK'able!" Yeah no shit you're doing Scurrius with a Scythe and full Torva you jerk.

I posted a reply to someone else. But wanted to do a main reply so you are more likely to see it. Thank you for showing this boss especially on a reasonable account and not a 99 maxed beast. Those extra stats always matter, but for this boss especially. I know you didn't cover it because its a bit involved; but the mead is actually more powerful the higher your relevant skills are. They can get up to some really insane numbers for free resources of +19 to attack and strength and +26 defence, and upto 36 prayer restoration. That'll be almost double of ours (our stats are very similar). And as you mentioned the food will heal more too.

I was watching your guide on low level moons of peril and this came up next. I thought i'd offer some tips for any low level irons trying to get their cape. After typing this i realized it's a lot but I tried to separate information so you can skim through to find only what you might need. I hope its helpful to someone. Best advice is use a spawn predictor plug in if you use runelite. I use "FC spawn predictor" but any similar plug in will work. So long as it highlights where the next wave will spawn. When you get to waves with a ranger and mager. you can use the terrain to separate them and avoid a lot of damage. Healing is a huge issue for most but blood spells make fight caves free. If you do not have the gp for blood runes or just dont have ancient magiks yet there are still more options. Purple sweets from clues are worth their weight in gold but baskets of strawberries are the poor mans brew. Each basket holds 5 strawberries and they heal 5 hp each. You can collect them during herb runs or thieve them from fruit stalls. Ammunition is also fairly easy to obtain even without high smithing or fletching. You can boost soul wars with a friend or alt for spoils of war. They have a 1/18 for 200-400 addy bolts and same drop rate for 100-200 runite bolts. Crossbow isnt too hard either. Everyone knows about rune crossbow from crazy arch but if you do not want to go into the wilderness you can kill deranged arch for runite limbs and black d hide body. Alternatively, if your fletching is lower you can buy adamant limbs in keldagrim and make an addy c bow with 61 fletching. using diamond e or just addy bolts with addy crossbow is nominal to a rune crossbow. That said you can not use broad bolts with an addy crossbow. You can get ranging potions in tarns lair from zombies level 61-80 at a rate of roughly 1/26. They are 3 doses, so I get 4 of them each run so I have 3 full ranging potions for the fight caves. I stay potted the entire time once I get to wave 31. Prayer is the hardest resource to conserve in the fight caves and p pots are not easy to obtain on a low level iron. Lazy flicking is a must if you are a low range level to make it to jad but i highly recommend learning to one tick flick. If you have runelite, under the prayer plug in settings theres is an option for prayer flick location. You see it on in this video, that small white line crossing the prayer orb every tick. To one tick flick set your quick prayers to the desired prayers (Such as protect from magic and eagle eye) Then click the orb once to turn it on. On the next game tick the prayer orb will highlight as your prayers turn on. As soon as they turn on when the white line is on the left quickly click twice BEFORE the white line makes it to the right. Repeat eveytime the white line starts on the left. This is a visual way to flick but you can use audio ques like a metronome or the prayer activation sounds. Eventually, 100 BPM will pick up naturally. I've heard people listen to songs specifically 100 BMP to keep rhythm but I've never tried that. 12:25 if for some reason you decide you do not want to kill the healers during jad this is sound advice but there is a few additional things that might increase your odds. Do not wait until you are low health to do this. You will be even more nervous and might make a mistake. Collect all the healers on one side of jad and then stand one tile away from jad. Wait for the attack and prayer correctly. At the same time you change your prayer click on the opposite side of jad. Using menu entry swapper and setting shift click to walk here helps you click through jad instead of attacking. AS SOON AS the attack hits a zero switch to protect from melee. If you run through and are within melee distance jad will have a good chance to melee you which also can hit a 97. Once you have cleared yourself from jads melee distance listen/watch for his next attack and then resume the fight as normal. So long as you have enough prayer and do not make mistakes you are home free.

Ty for video! I thought it would be super hard to defeat the bosses. But no it was super easy and i managed to do it at my first try! Combat lvl 80, and base 65. Rune plate, leg and shield. Dragon scim, long and a run battleaxe. Then Helm of Neitiznot, Cape of legends, barrows gloves and amulet of power + climbing boots!

I was afraid of this boss before but after this video i feel like i can do it. The way you explained it helped alot thanks!

Honestly, as someone who has achieved the cape multiple times. The hardest part is just remaining calm once Jad appears. Tag the healers and make sure to use F keys. Don’t worry too much about rotations. There is a plugin that lets you know what is spawning next good luck

Knowing how the food heals was huge! I was using the lizards not knowing fishing would give me much better healing points due to my low hunting level. I'm higher level than you and died to the blood moon twice.

I highly recommend planting the mahogany trees on the Bone Island, it’s way better for banking! Edit, you should look at organized crime in Shayzia for planks, they’re pretty good!
