This really concerns me. We have fires in North NJ/NY in upper greenwood lake, also in the Appalachian mts, like this, and floods in hurricane stricken south on Appalachian mountains, all of which are extremely mineral rich. 🙏

I fly fish that river at both those spots that was on this vid. Get to do my favorite pastime and also watch the occasional train pass by.

I used to walk down that to the bridge to watch them go by. Miss this area.

Where do these freight trains pick up the old NY Central line on the west side of the river? Or do they? I never see freights on the east (Amtrack) side.
