I love the tuning of the Bass Drums.

That is mind blowing!! I have been playing this ever since I was a kid on piano, but to play it on (is that a Marimba?) is making me dizzy thinking about it. You makes it look easy!! How do you control 2 mallets in a single hand, and have them play separate melodies simultaneously? Its hard enough when you have ten fingers!

Is it better than math

When using AB, placing the mics at the same distance from the marimba, how do you deal with each mike being at a different distance from the left side of the marimba, AND the right side of the marimba. They are only at the same distance from the *midpoint* of the instrument, right? How do you counter destructive interference in a case of such a large instrument? Thanks!!
