Ace has said that Gene saved his life twice. On another occasion, Gene carried Ace through a hospital area so people wouldn't see Ace in a wheelchair.....ostensibly because Gene didn't want Ace to appear frail or self-conscious I think.....

What I wanted to say is that regardless of all the nice things Simmons said about Paul through many decades, he will always be Paul's pet.

That was some time ago. Whether Gene is serious when bad mouthing Ace, or Ace responding with a knife between his teeth is over reacting, Paul is the one who's written, and said the worst.

So nice to see these two together again,they have been through so much over the years, to see them very down to earth, the great human beings that they really are.

Gene's wig is definitely much worse than Ace's.
