Um food looked cold and unappealing to be honest, also menu of the day is better value by far, if you love benidorm of course 😂😂

I went with Ryan Air once, and never again! Stinking attitude and not nice on board trolley dollies! Didn't call the flight which we didn't know about so had to run literally miles to get to the gate with bags and my son who was younger then, basically tried to belittle us by shouting at us, but she didn't expect me to tell her straight! Nobody speaks to me or my family like that! Hope she learnt her lesson on how not to speak to people! May be cheap, but the service and attitude was shite!

Didn't look great to me to be honest and does nobody in benidorm cater for vegetarians? Personally I wouldn't go, not my thing all the brits pubs and high rise buildings! Sorry

No I found everything ok, we stayed in that Room on the 13th stayed there 4 times hopefully going back again this year we are love Benidorm ❤️ the BEST

Stayed he a few times. (Minerva building canal side)couple of years ago. And we did notice that it was starting to go down hill which was a bit of a shame because the hotel is in a great location and love Alcúdia and the beaches.

Are some of the older caravans at the beginning people who live there all year? It seems unusual for older caravans like that on a haven site

How sad that this once great complex has went downhill. We visited here about 4 years running around 15/20 years ago. It was a brilliant complex, very clean, no signs of wear and tear in sight and was well looked after. The fountain was always on, there was a little funfair near the showgarden, a minigolf across the road, and that boat that you filmed, we were on many times as it took you across the lake to the otherside to get to the beach. There were lots of lovely restaurants and little shops onsote also.... even a photo printing shop! I can see there has been a few additions such as the outdoor gym equipment, and i think i saw a slide or something at one of the swimming pools. But alas you didn't film any of the pools ao we could see the true reflection of the complex. The show garden was also amazing. Also i find it hard to believe that the buses drop visitors off at the main reception. We were always dropped off atvpur apartment/hotel block. We had to get off the bus to pay the Majorcan visitor's tax, and pick up our room keys then back on the buses.
